R&D bikes. 65 Horses & 40 lb ft at 7500 Torque
WE HAVE 1 WHEEL. 1 PEDAL CRANK
Integrating a micro-motor & kinetic energy Generator scaled for equivlance within
Simulated scale-up with less material is possible yet requires use of effective pulse-loops & statistical yields utilizing a cone effect like laser devide between conductive mesh looping like nanowiring just more directed & streamlined

FULL OFF PEDAL OR PARTIAL
BASELINE
65 horsepower is equal to about 48.5 kilowatts. 65 horsepower = 6.5 x 101 horsepower ≈ 4.84705 x 101 kilowatts
40 lb-ft at 7,500 rpm torque
If we can acheive half or more we are good meeting Motocross Level 250 / 450 performance
KINETIC ENERGY GENERATORS
1X5 / 1X6 Box Size @ 2500 kW per second
2,500,000 / 30 (watts) = 83,333.00 / 25 (clocking BPS Beats Per Second at 25 & 166 ceiling)
3,333.33 offers 2500 kW in under 1 second
We require the equivlant of 3,333 for 30 watts yet if we upscale to 40-60 watts that number drops
3,333 = required. Sensors. 5-10 mm millimeter contraction. Rather than 1. Dual shaft return or beats per minute or second speaker. Turn dail & it generates
Speaker approach vibrates fast yet doesn't break
166 fastest. We then devide down up to 166 of
2500 kilowatts = 2500000 watts
Technically 502 is the smallest at 166 then the cone effect. We then integrate Energy Yield Additives to shrink sizing for equivlance up to or over 2500 kW per second

E BIKE LAWS + MOTORCYCLE LAWS
California's 2026 e-bike rules mandate a rear red reflector or solid/flashing red rear light (visible from 500 feet) at all times, stricter lithium-ion battery safety certifications (such as UL 2849) for new sales, and strict enforcement separating low-speed pedal-assist e-bikes from high-powered electric dirt bikes.
E-Bike Classes & Basics
Definition: Must have fully operable pedals and a motor of 750 watts or less.
Class 1: Pedal-assist only, up to 20 mph.
Class 2: Throttle-assisted up to 20 mph.
Class 3: Pedal-assist only, up to 28 mph.
No License Needed: Legal e-bikes do not require a driver's license, vehicle registration, or license plates.
New 2026 Requirements
Rear Visibility (AB 544): All e-bikes must feature a red rear reflector or lighted red lamp visible from 500 feet during both daytime and nighttime riding.
Battery Safety (SB 1271): New e-bikes and batteries sold or leased in the state must be tested and certified by an accredited laboratory (e.g., ANSI/CAN/UL 2849 or EN 15194).
High-Powered E-Motos (SB 586): High-speed electric dirt bikes (like Surron or Talaria) exceeding traditional e-bike limits are classified as off-highway vehicles, making them illegal on public streets, sidewalks, and bike paths.
Age and Helmet Rules
Under 18: Must wear a bicycle helmet on public roads and paths.
Class 3 Riders: Must be at least 16 years old, and all Class 3 riders must wear a helmet regardless of age.
Parent Liability: Parents can be cited if a minor is operating an illegal electric vehicle or riding without mandatory safety equipment.
MOTORCYCLE LAWS
As of 2026, California motorcycle laws require all riders and passengers to wear a U.S. DOT-compliant safety helmet. Operating a motorcycle legally requires an M1 or M2 license from the California DMV, lane splitting remains legal when done safely, and new 2026 rules (SB 586) officially classify off-highway electric motorcycles ("eMotos") as off-highway vehicles requiring DMV identification plates.
Licensing and Training
Class M1/M2: Required for all two-wheel motorcycles or motorized bicycles/mopeds.
Riders Under 21: Must complete the California Motorcyclist Safety Program (CMSP) and hold an instruction permit for 6 months.
Riders 21 and Over: Must complete the CMSP training course or pass a practical skills test at the DMV.
Safety and Equipment
Helmets: Mandatory for both operator and passenger at all speeds.
Eye Protection: Required unless the motorcycle is equipped with a windshield.
Mirrors and Turn Signals: Must have at least one left-side rearview mirror and operational turn signals (required for newer models).
Mufflers: Exhaust systems must meet state noise level limits and cannot be excessively loud or modified for extra noise.
Road Rules and Operation
Lane Splitting: Legal, but the California Highway Patrol advises riding safely and prudently relative to surrounding traffic speed.
Insurance: Minimum liability insurance is legally required for all street-legal motorcycles operated on public roadways.
Off-Highway Electric Motorcycles (SB 586): "eMotos" must adhere to off-highway vehicle (OHV) rules and display a DMV-issued ID plate or placard.
