Mathew J. G. Richards, age 30, of North Bay faces:

  • One count of production of methamphetamine; and
  • One count of possession of methamphetamine.

As a result of the investigation, which included the execution of a CDSA search warrant at the accused’s residential unit located in a motel on Delaware Avenue, North Bay Police seized:

  • drug precursors and drug paraphernalia; and
  • a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine.

Richards was released from custody with a court date scheduled for April 19th, 2016.
