EV Auto Motor Pricing 2026+

Electrically Excited Synchronous Motors (EESM) typically cost around $2,900, making them generally cheaper than Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM), which often cost about $3,500 due to expensive rare earth elements. EESM eliminates heavy magnets, reducing material costs, with key applications seen in EVs from Nissan and BMW

Lowering EV Motor Cost - Price then connecting components creates opportunities. We want to drive end pricing of complete units between $750-3000 with few larger models above under the $10,000 threshold unless a rare application

Externally Excited Synchronous Motors (EESM) in modern electric vehicles are designed for high longevity, with components expected to last for 150,000 to over 250,000 miles. Because EESMs do not rely on rare-earth magnets and generally use a, brush-and-slip-ring system to energize the rotor, they are highly durable and, in some cases, easier to maintain than other motor types.

EESM Lifespan and Maintenance Factors

• Brush System Longevity: In EESMs that use brushes (such as the Nissan Ariya), these components are designed for long life, with conservative estimates placing them at 150,000+ miles.

• Serviceability: Unlike permanent magnet motors, some EESM designs (e.g., Nissan Ariya) allow for user-serviceable brush replacement via an access panel, which can significantly extend the motor's life without requiring a full powertrain overhaul.

• Thermal Stability: EESMs are often less sensitive to high temperatures compared to permanent magnet motors, reducing the risk of permanent damage in demanding conditions.

• General EV Motor Life: Electric motors are generally designed to outlast the vehicle's battery, often lasting for 15-20+ years, with some projections reaching up to 500,000+ miles, far exceeding the lifespan of internal combustion engines.

While they are highly reliable, the overall lifespan of the motor can be influenced by environmental factors such as dust and moisture, as well as the maintenance of the vehicle's bearings.

1.5 Bn unit (Billion) with 25+ Royalty + profit above integrated Sydney Nicola Bennett's 22nd Firm at S.B.G - CIG gains over $37 Bn (Billion) between 2026-2030

"2-6 of 8.1 Bn (Billion) human beings on Earth & initial 2026-2030 from separate 2020-2025 & prior gains"

$750 runs under or up at 200 Hp then closer to $3000 or its pushing your 600-1200 Hp units while Air Motors cost less & Piston-Air PSI are similar to combustion unless using a retrofit kit. Under 200 Hp units run up to $750 or more with some under $300

Higher Hp units are material costs market or stockpile variable so some quaters in an annum could fluctuate higher or lower in cost so prices adjust reflecting

$85-125 per month is the average automotive maintenance fund suggested separate from insurance after licence & registration + plating fees (unit payment if financing). Hydrogen models require sustainable desalinated ocean water (or snow) otherwise no fuel or charge fees. Self charging. Hydrogen models which are rarity for some applications utilize on board electrolyzers

100 Hp then 74 kW required for use

We then see 1100 Hp drive motors requiring 810 kW for constant use

Still below 1600 kW from our 2500 kW standard

C/M AUTOMOTIVE DRIVE FEATURES

Motion to Idle Energy Generation

1. Automatics & Simulated Manual Gearbox:
Neutral to Drive
Automated Switch-Back & Manual override

2. Manual Gearbox (Usually 6 speed)
Neutral to Drive
Automated Switch-Back & Manual override
Traditional or Sequential

When the vehicular unit comes to a 3-5 second regulated stop we switch to neutral idle Energy Generation then a switch hits & sensor engages then Drive which sees slight Energy loss in transfer (under 5-25% of available) which is then regenerated in seconds or milliseconds

Different forms of digital - analog (mechanical) switch-backs are integrated into the Emergency Safety System of the vehicle for safe operational effects

It is how C/M vehicles function
